CONSUMER PRICE INDEX (CPI) ADJUSTMENT ON LICENCE FEES EFFECTIVE 1 MAY 2026

Public Performance Malaysia (PPM) Berhad wishes to inform you that our licence fees will be adjusted in
accordance with the Consumer Price Index (CPI), with effective from 1 May 2026.

This adjustment is made to reflect the impact of inflation costs pressure and to sustain the continued
provision of our services. The revised licence fees will apply to all licences issued or renewed on or after
the effective date.

For avoidance of doubt, this CPI adjustment shall not affect any existing mutually agreed group licence
arrangements, which shall continue to prevail during the existing term.
